Version compatibility
Sunday Market runs Minecraft Java 26.1.2. Java 26.1.2 through 26.3 and Bedrock 26.30 through 26.51 are supported as of October 1, 2026.
Sunday Market runs Minecraft Java 26.1.2. Its version bridge also accepts newer Java clients through 26.3 and Bedrock clients from 26.30 through 26.51. These are the installed bridge's advertised ranges on October 1, 2026; they can change when the server is updated.
| Edition | Accepted versions |
|---|---|
| Java Edition | 26.1.2 through 26.3; some older releases also connect |
| Bedrock Edition | 26.30 through 26.51 |
If Java will not connect
Java 26.1.2 matches the server directly. Java 26.2 and 26.3 use translation to join the same world. Some older Java releases can connect too, but the oldest accepted version is not listed here because it has not been verified on this server. An older client may show newer blocks or menus differently.
If Minecraft reports a version mismatch, try Java 26.1.2 or another version in the listed range. Development snapshots and pre-releases are not covered by that range.
If Bedrock will not connect
The Bedrock connection listens on UDP port 19132. Check your game version against the table and update the game if yours is older. A newly released Bedrock version above 26.51 may need a server bridge update before it can join; the error message should show which versions the server accepts.
Xbox, PlayStation and Switch use Bedrock Edition, but their custom-server setup differs from phones and Windows. Follow Connecting from Bedrock for the current console method.
Client options
No client mod is needed to join from either edition. Java players may choose a performance or visual mod, and proximity voice has an optional Java client mod. Client tools that reveal hidden blocks, automate combat or grant flight remain against the cheat rules.
The server can send more detail about faraway land to a Java client built to draw it. To see that view, install both a terrain viewer and its matching client part for your game version; see the Java setup guide. Bedrock draws distance in its own way. A Java recipe viewer can also get new server recipes. Neither tool is needed to join.
